Experience

Blanche has been a writing consultant to technical experts, creating documents that are easily understood by people without technical expertise. Her prior positions included administrative roles at Community Mutual Insurance Company, where she helped launch Cincinnati’s first HMO, and at a consulting engineering firm specializing in industrial HVAC systems. Besides serving Skystone Partners, Blanche also heads Writing Enhancement Services — protecting, projecting, and illuminating the expertise of those with whom she works through their writing initiatives.

In 2017, she was awarded the Spirit of Achievement Award of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Initiative.  Her passion for helping others realize their value has led to her serving as a volunteer with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Women’s Initiative, Outstanding Women of Northern Kentucky, Life Learning Center, Career Success Center, and the Thomas More University Distinguished Alumnae Leadership program.

Blanche has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University.
