Experience

Carly Allen comes to Skystone Partners with years of experience and knowledge in project management, planning, and operations management. She loves organizing fine details and seeing the best ways to make a project flow seamlessly from start to finish.

Before joining Skystone, Carly worked for five years for Living on the Edge, a ministry nonprofit based in Atlanta, GA. Carly began as the Project Manager of Creative Services & Publishing, and then was promoted to Head of Digital Resources.

Carly also worked as a Commissions & Training Specialist for Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate in Colorado Springs, Colo., moving to that role after serving as the firm’s Director of Administration.

Carly grew up in Northeast Ohio. After seven years of working and enjoying the mountains in Colorado Springs, she returned to the Midwest in May 2022, settling in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. She volunteers with SAAP (Stray Animal Adoption Program), and with the STS Foundation as a local coordinator, placing foreign exchange students in host homes for 10-month schoolyear stays. Carly can often be found outdoors with Olive, her Golden Retriever, and Maple, her Bernese Mountain Dog. She also loves farmers markets; collects more plants than necessary; and reads as often as she can!
